Privacy notice

When you request a property review, Brolua collects your name, service property address, email, phone, property type, service frequency, preferred contact method and optional property notes. If you select text, we also record your permission to contact you by text. Requests include a reference and submission date/time.

How we use your information

We use your details to review the property, confirm service availability, respond to your request and prepare a lawn-care quote. Your request is not a service agreement. Please avoid adding sensitive personal information to property notes.

Processing and security

For the live service, Cloudflare provides website and backend infrastructure. Cloudflare Turnstile helps check for bots; IP addresses and verification information are processed for security and abuse prevention. Resend sends the request notification to Brolua’s quote mailbox, which is received through Apple/iCloud Mail. Replies about your request use the contact information you provide.

Brolua uses limited technical records, including request references, timestamps and processing outcomes, to troubleshoot problems. These records are designed to exclude the full form contents. No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are added by this website.

Keeping request information

Request information is used for service review and related communication. Brolua has not established a fixed deletion schedule for requests and related correspondence. Provider retention may also apply. Contact us with questions about access, correction or deletion; we will review your request. No absolute security guarantee is made.
